Manchester's progressive metal heavyweights Prognosis have completed the line-up for their headline show at Gullivers Friday 2nd August with two acoustic perfomances.

With Scotland's Darkness Divine and fellow Mancunian prog metallers Konom (formerly Ascent) already announced, Prognosis have now added that they will be taking over the Lounge at Gullivers for acoustic sets to keep fans entertained during band changeovers, meaning the event will be taking over both floors of the venue for the night.

Those acoustic performances come courtesy of the musical experimentalism of Lewin Cantor, a guitarist the band have described as "enviably talented", and Manchester Rocks favourites Sky Valley Mistress. The darwen based blues rockers combine their love for Zeppelin and The Stooges with Kyuss and a delectable slive of their own venemous swagger to create a sound that has been impressing the British rock years for years. Their newly arranged acoustic songs promise to create a brilliant atmosphere as Prognosis prepare for the main event upstairs.

Tickets are now on sale via Skiddle for £10adv and you can grab yours here - https://www.skiddle.com/whats-on/Manchester/Gullivers/Prognosis-/13523507/
